For your convenience, we offer two shipping options. Shipping is free on orders over $99. Standard orders cost $10 to deliver.

COCOSAY is not responsible for any taxes/duties/fees on delivery. Different countries have different tax rates. Please check with your local post office for accurate information.

If you need to make any changes to your order, including cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please note that we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible and we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Orders cannot be canceled or changed if we have already processed the shipment.
